Old Stuff

Well, I keep saying that I'm going to update this, and then another 3 weeks have gone by and I haven't. I'm going to start with the older stuff and bring things current.

At the end of June, the Holladay 4 wards had a little activity down in Salem (near Spanish Fork) at a ranch. There were different sports being played and there was also a lake with a rope swing, water trampoline, kayaks, and canoes. We had a yummy dutch oven dinner as well. It was a fun activity and I actually embraced my outdoorsy side (which I'd much prefer remain hidden most of the time because I'm not really a fan of the outdoors) and I went canoeing. It ended being a lot of fun. Here are a few pictures from the day.

My roommate Elisa and I out on the lake! I was not good at directing us. We almost crashed into other canoes several times.

Here are some great pictures of the scenery. I think I'm growing fond of Utah. Who would have thought?
There was also an Osmond sighting. I'm not sure whose kid this is, but we thought it was pretty funny! He was quite popular!

I miss Utah sometimes! I loved summers out there (even though it's ridiculously hot!!). I lived by some Osmonds in a ward out there and had great fun with them:)
